Bid BriefRefund & Cancellation Policy

- Monthly subscriptions (Weekly Bid Brief $39 first month then $59/month; Bid Desk $690/month): cancel anytime by emailing bidbrief@mail.grokbot.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
- First-month guarantee (Weekly Bid Brief): if your first paid month contains no bid worth pursuing, reply and we refund that month.
- Bid checklists ($390 per bid): delivered within 72 hours of order and receipt of the solicitation. If we do not deliver within 72 hours, you get a full refund.
- How to request: email bidbrief@mail.grokbot.com. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
