No. Bid Brief is an independent business that summarizes publicly posted solicitations. Always rely on the official posting and addenda.

Where do the bids come from?

Public bid boards such as the Texas Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) and SAM.gov, plus other public agency postings. We link to the official source for every bid.

Do you guarantee I will win bids?

No. Nobody honest can. We help you find relevant bids and avoid missing requirements; the bid, pricing and signature are yours.

Is the checklist legal advice?

No. It is an organizational aid based on our reading of the public documents. You must verify every item, and consult an attorney for legal questions.

Do you submit bids for me?

No. We never submit bids or contact agencies on your behalf.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?

Reply 'stop' to any email or write to bidbrief@mail.grokbot.com. Paid plans can be cancelled any month.

What areas and trades do you cover?

Currently Texas HVAC service, maintenance, repair and installation work, including state agencies, universities, cities, school districts and federal opportunities performed in Texas.

What if a week has no good bids?

We say so. If your first paid month contains no bid worth pursuing, reply and we refund it.
